CREATEK雷击浪涌防护指南——AC220V浪涌防护方案案例分析
客户要求AC220V接口,要求L~N、L~PE、N~PE三种模式下测试都能通过8/20μs,5KA浪涌测试,推荐保护方案为如下:
原理图:
通过查阅规格书,我们得知14D471KJ的通流量6KA,陶瓷气体放电管的通流量是5KA,并联以后,满足浪涌5KA的测试需求。
已知471的压敏电阻,导通电压在(423~517)伏。通过计算AC220V的电压为220×1.414=311.08;加入电网波动10%,311×1.1=342.1;加入20%的余量342.1×1.2=410.52,故选择471的压敏电阻。
同理已知600V的放电管,导通电压在(510~690)伏。470V的放电管,导通电压在(399.5~540.5),故选择600V的放电管。至于为什么压敏和放电管并联导通电压相加的话,已经远超过410V,我们为什么还要选择600V的放电管,是因为当压敏和放电管并联时,压敏的阻抗远低于放电管,会导致交流电压大部分加在气体放电管上,所以气体放电管的电压不能选择过低。
当然,测试过程中,还会出现各种不同的需求,比如限制钳位电压,要求通过多少KV的绝缘耐压,要求测试组合波等等,具体方案请联系原厂工程师,细致定制。
