Teflon film is obtained by turning. It is molded into a tubular blank with suspended teflon resin, sintered in an oven, cooled and mature blank, and then turned by lathe or cutting machine. Therefore, many people call it Teflon turning film. The PTFE turning film shall be rolled flat and the end face shall be neat. The film surface shall be free of creases, cracks, holes, mechanical damage and other defects that} affect the use requirements.
Teflon film is a kind of non directional film, and the surface is a little dark, which is the same as that of Teflon turning plate. In order to make the molecules of the turning film closer, enhance its pressure resistance, and make the thickness of the turning film more uniform. Through calendering, we reprocess the turning film to make it into an oriented film. After calendering, the molecular structure of the film is compact, the compressive strength is increased, the surface is smooth and crisp, the appearance is more flat, high-density, translucent or transparent.

In addition, the temperature control of calender is also a very important factor. The tetrafluoro turning film can be operated easily and ensures quality only within a certain temperature range. The between the two rollers shall be kept parallel to ensure uniform thickness of the directional film.
Polytetrafluoroethylene oriented film calendering polytetrafluoroethylene film shall be packaged reliably during transportation to prevent damage, impact, extrusion, sunlight, and rain. The products shall be stored in a clean warehouse free from extrusion and direct sunlight.
