drivers smaller than 5mm are ideal for applications where space is limited and precision is required. Some typical uses for drivers of this size are TWS earphones and OTC hearing aids.

In these applications, the small size of the driver is crucial for fitting into compact spaces without compromising the quality of sound produced.

OLE WOLFF has developed a new 4.9mm driver which is a new version of the OWR-0504T-16 driver, already on the market, as well as an extremely small 4.2mm driver which enables a direct fit into the ear canal. Both drivers are still in the engineering stage.

4.9mm driver

· Only Ø 4.9mm

· Optimized for outstanding ANC performance

· Low distortion due to very linear diaphragm motion and optimized motor.

· Excellent performance/size ratio

· Based on automatic production setup

4.2mm driver

· Extremely small, only Ø 4.2mm

· Small diameter allows for placement close to the eardrum which improves HF performance

· Small form factor can free up space for microphones, batteries, sensors, etc.

· Excellent for ANC

· Low distortion due to very linear diaphragm motion and optimized motor.

· Class leading performance/size ratio

· Based on automatic production setup
