Futureway®TIX series products are ultra-high strength silicone rubber materials developed and produced by Futureway. They are compounded with special fire-resistant silicone rubber and fireproof fabrics to protect sensitive parts or structures from fire. The soft silicone rubber has unique fire resistance, resists flame erosion up to 1000℃, and reduces flame diffusion to other areas. These unique features enable materials to solve the safety and design issues of electric vehicles, railway trains, and industrial manufacturing.
Fireproof Composite Silicone Rubber Product Features:
• Because the refractory silicone rubber is covered by a layer of ultra-high strength refractory fabric, it has high mechanical strength
• In high temperatures or fire to maintain the integrity of the structure, so that it has excellent electrical insulation
