长江微电推出薄度0.55mm一体成型电感,工作温度范围为-40℃到+125℃,T-CORE+扁线工艺,电流比同体积的绕线功率电感器高2倍,比同体积的普通一体成型电感高20%-30% ,体积最小做到1007(1.0mm*0.7MM),最薄0.55mm。

功率电感的发展历程中,小型化是一个不可回避的过程,但小型化的发展过程中,经常要面临着新的设备对更高功率、更低DCR的挑战。更轻更薄的个人智能产品:手机、手环、平板电脑、超薄笔记本电脑、固态硬盘,新一代的DDR5内存,更小的DC-DC模块,等等等等,这些产品,都对更小的体积,更薄的厚度的电感有诉求,同时,新的更大功率的芯片、更多功能的智能设备上,意味着需要更高的饱和电流、更低的DCR电感的需求。
