一. 开发背景
1. 随着移动设备、手机、智能穿戴、WiFi模组,小型化、多机能化、高性能化、省电化等不断发展;因此,采用的电感产品必须具有小型化、低直流阻抗,并且损耗最小,对应大电流、高可靠性.
2. 传统工艺的一体成型电感及磁胶电感,已不满足发展需求;应对市场需求三礼公司推出最优的解决方案,新一代T-CORE、热压技术,小型一体成型功率电感(THP系列),特别适用于手机、耳机等移动便携式终端的供电;与传统产品相比,饱和电流提升约10%~15%,直流电阻降低约10%~15%;这些改进的关键在于公司多年技术积累及在一体成型压模电感,具有独特的材料技术、绕线技术、成型技术、电极技术等优势.

2.扁平线YY绕,低直流电阻
3.采用独特的技术,T-Core+扁平铜线YY绕;先压制成型T-Core具有较高的Ui值,与传统工艺同尺寸产品相比,可以减少圈数来获得更大线径及中柱尺寸,因此饱和电流可提升约10%~15%,直流电阻可降低约10%~15%.
4.扁平铜线线脚直接做为端子电极,无点焊工艺,杜绝虚焊,同时最大程度地降低接触电阻,与同尺寸传统点焊产品相比,直流电阻可再降低约5%.
5.T-Core+热压技术,只需要较小的压力即可达到产品所需的密度和强度,因此较小的压力大幅降低了压模过程中线圈的变形量。相对于传统冷热压,可避免大的压力冲击造成线圈内部受损、变形等问题.
6.产品表面采用滚动喷涂工艺,表面致密性更好,使其包覆一层保护膜,用于防锈,相对传统工艺绝缘性能更好,可靠性更高.
