Automotive Wireless Chargers generate heat during charging. If the heat is not dissipated in time, the temperature on the surface of the wireless charger will be too high, and the temperature will be transmitted to the electronic equipment that is in direct contact with it, causing the temperature of the electronic equipment to be too high and affecting the service life of the battery of the electronic equipment.

The thermal conductivity interface material of Sheen Electronics is a thermal interface material with good thermal conductivity and stable performance, which meets the requirements of automotive electronics. The use of interface materials such as thermally conductive silicone sheets, thermally conductive gel, or thermally conductive silicone grease in the automotive wireless charging module can help it dissipate heat and ensure stability. 


These thermal interface materials have very good thermal conductivity and can effectively transfer heat away from the wireless charging module. It can also fill the tiny gap between the heat sink and the wireless charging module, thereby improving the efficiency of heat transfer.
