解析缓冲吸收电容器在电力电子设备中的关键作用
高压脉冲在电源电路中很常见,尤其是在开关过程中——开、关是设备功能的核心动作。因此,电压抑制是保护电路的基本系统要求。
缓冲吸收电容器是一种连接到大电流开关节点的电容器,旨在保护电子设备免受开关过程中可能出现的电压尖峰和瞬态影响。
开关动作(即打开或闭合)在设备上产生高电压是很常见的。这些电压尖峰如果超过元件的额定值,就会导致故障。缓冲吸收电容器为吸收和耗散多余能量提供了另一条途径,最终减少了电压尖峰和振铃效应。采用缓冲吸收电容器可提高效率、减少电磁干扰并保护元件。

缓冲吸收电路的设计有很多,电阻器-电容器 (RC) 和电阻器-电容器-二极管(RCD)是两种最常见的类型。RC缓冲吸收电路可抑制峰值电压并最大限度地减少振铃;RCD缓冲吸收电路相比具有减少电路损耗的优势,但电阻器上的二极管会在电容器充电时将电阻降至零,这是非常值得注意的一点。
缓冲吸收电容器有助于提高电路可靠性及工作效率——既能充分发挥快速半导体开关的优势,又可规避由电压尖峰造成的潜在不利影响。
