The overcurrent protection application of Self Recovery Fuses - There are two optional types of self recovery fuse materials: radial lead packaging and surface mount. The function of self restoring fuses is suitable for various design applications.

  

In daily life, there are many plug and play models of device products, and "plug-and-play" applications include motherboards and many peripheral devices that can be frequently connected or disconnected from computer ports. For example, devices connected to mice, keyboards, audio, networks, monitors, and USB ports may malfunction, the connecting cables may be damaged, or incorrect connections may occur.

  

The application of self restoring fuses for overcurrent protection - therefore, the ability to reset after correcting incorrect connections is particularly attractive. Some of these applications use radial lead devices, while others are more suitable for surface mount devices. 

  

When a power supply device experiences excessive voltage due to a malfunction, leading to overcurrent, a self recovery fuse can protect the hard drive from damage. Hard drive applications typically use surface mount self recovery fuses.

  

Overcurrent protection application of self restoring fuses - power equipment is susceptible to damage from circuit faults. If protective measures are not taken, the current provided by the power supply device may cause low resistance faults. When there are multiple loads or circuits, independent self-healing fuses can be used to protect each load. This device is usually placed in the output circuit and can be packaged in radial lead type or surface mount type.

  

The application of self recovery fuse overcurrent protection - The high temperature generated by motor overcurrent can cause damage to the winding insulation, and for small motors, it can even cause the failure of winding wires with very small diameters. The self recovery fuse usually does not trip under normal starting current. Motors generally use radial lead type self recovery fuses to provide protection.
