中科格励微授权世强硬创代理,加速国产数字隔离器件市场应用
近年来,因数字隔离器件传输速度更强、绝缘性能更强、可靠性更好等特点,正在快速替代光耦器件。
为推动国内数字隔离器产品终端应用,实现不同层次需求的国产替代,世强先进(深圳)科技股份有限公司(下称“世强先进”)与北京中科格励微科技有限公司(下称“中科格励微”,英文名:GLW)签订授权代理协议,致力于为全国客户提供数字隔离器产品。
资料显示,中科格励微(GLW)是由中国科学院自动化研究所(自动化所)孵化的高性能集成电路设计公司,其依托自动化所丰富的人才资源和深厚的技术积淀,创新性的将MEMS与CMOS工艺进行深度融合,在国内率先研制出了数字隔离器产品,该产品性能指标达到国际领先水平。
据了解,中科格励微(GLW)以数字隔离器技术为基础,目前形成了标准数字隔离器、隔离电源、隔离型总线和隔离栅极驱动器等全系列产品,已广泛应用于智能家居、工业控制、新能源、医疗设备等领域。
其中,标准数字隔离器采用OOK调制解调原理实现信号的隔离传输,具有传输速率高、容错率高、低传输延迟等优点。不仅能够保障人体或系统中敏感元件的安全,也可实现系统噪声的隔离,提升系统整体可靠性。
隔离电源则集成隔离式DC/DC转换器,采用芯片级变压器作为耦合器件,将整个电源系统集成在一颗封装内,其最高输出功率可达300mW,在使用时使用单一电源供电即可实现能量的隔离传输,可以单芯片代替“隔离电源模块”的方案,多用于隔离型总线通信等小功率信号隔离领域。
其中,Gip50XX系列为小体积隔离DC-DC芯片,采用8引脚宽体SOP封装,可提供300mW输出功率,小封装大大节省系统设计空间,是目前国内体积最小的隔离电源芯片之一。
而隔离型驱动器是输入信号采用5V电源供电,输出驱动采用高压侧控制电源供电,输入信号与输出驱动在电气上完全隔离,可有效降低高压电源对低压信号噪声干扰。
其中,半桥式隔离驱动器Gid340X系列的峰值电流驱动能力为4.0A,最大供电电压为24V,提供最高5kVRMS耐受电压以及60ns快速传送时间;高度集成、低传送延时、小体积等特点使其非常适合MOSFET/IGBT门极驱动器隔离应用。
隔离型总线收发器则可提供集成总线保护功能的高性能、高可靠性、低辐射的CAN、RS-232、RS-485等接口芯片,在单一封装内实现了能量隔离传输、总线信号的隔离接收和发送,可以单片替代“光耦+总线接口”的组合方案,多用于工业现场网络、多点数据传输系统中。
未来,中科格励微(GLW)将依托ToB产业互联网技术平台世强硬创,持续开拓公司数字隔离器件产品在光伏逆变、工业控制、伺服电机、空调商机、储能等领域应用,扩大产品市场占有率,进一步提升公司业绩。
