Sunlord Developed the PQ34 High-frequency Transformer Series of Main Transformers for Residential Photovoltaic Microinverters
Under the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", China's energy revolution is accelerating. In the energy structure with new energy as the main body, photovoltaic and wind power, as clean energy, will play the role of the main force. In recent years, China's centralized photovoltaic has developed rapidly, and distributed photovoltaic is not far behind. Among them, distributed include industrial and commercial photovoltaics and residential photovoltaics. Nowadays, residential photovoltaics have become the focus of subdivisions in the photovoltaic industry. The indispensable thing for residential PV is the microinverter, and the mainstream scheme is staggered parallel fly back type and full bridge phase-shift forward type in the circuit topology of the microinverter. The applied magnetic devices include the main transformer (PQ34), current transformer (EE5.0 or ER8.5 SMD types), differential mode inductor (filtering), common mode inductor, and also auxiliary transformer in auxiliary power.
Driven by industry trends, Sunlord has developed the PQ34 high-frequency transformer series of main Transformers suitable for residential photovoltaic microinverters, which has reached a mature and stable level, which can make the overall conversion efficiency of the circuit reach more than 96.5%, and has the advantages of huge production capacity and good consistency.

Applications
PQ34 series high frequency transformer is mainly used for microinverter, the figure below shows the microinverter application architecture of residential photovoltaic, and the PQ34 series transformer is mainly used for MPPT&DC-DC step-up part.
