浅谈DC‐DC转换器中的功率电感损耗
DC‐DC转换器的电感器损耗,是由Core Loss(Pcore)和Conductor Loss(Pcond)构成。
ConductorLoss(Pcond)又称铜损,主要是直流成分引起的损耗,如下:
另外由于频率引起的趋肤效应和临近效应也会导致Rdc增大。
CoreLoss(Pcore)又称铁损,主要是交流成分引起的损耗,用交流电阻(Rac)和电流的交流成分(Irms)表示如下:
交流电阻(Rac)、电流的交流成分(Irms)根据频率、电流振幅、偏置电流等条件而变化,因此难以正确计算该值。
一般情况下,铜损为主要损耗,但是在高频率低负载的情况下,也会出现铁损大于铜损的情况。
