High-Performance Medium-Voltage MOSFETs SL142N06Q Boost Switching and Synchronous Rectification Applications
In the past few years, although there have been numerous suppliers of domestically produced silicon carbide (SiC) products, very few have achieved mass production and been applied in the automotive field. However, 2023 marked a turning point as an increasing number of domestically produced SiC power products started to be mass-produced and successfully applied in the automotive industry. Under operating conditions of 10V and 20A, its on-state resistance (RDS(on)@Vgs,Id) is only 2.2mΩ, and the threshold voltage (Vgs(th)@Id) is 1.7V @250μA. Additionally, the SL142N06Q comes in a PDFN(5x6) package, facilitating easy installation and layout.
