S1C31W65是爱普生32位高能效S1C31W系列微处理器最新成员,采用爱普生超低漏电流工艺和Arm Cortex M0+处理内核,实现了低功耗和高性能的完美结合。
最高33MHz的运行频率,采用爱普生代表性的显示驱动技术,内置可调的液晶电压驱动以及多达416段液晶驱动电路,集成了包括实时时钟(RTC)、ADC、温度传感器等丰富外围接口,工作温度高达105℃,0.3微安的睡眠功耗,非常适合各类消费类应用及物联网IOT系统的对微处理产品的要求。
