智能家居控制器及家居智能设备，正在向小型化发展，因此需要在有限的空间内可靠的工作，并实现更多的功能，如窗帘控制器则具备远程控制，面板显示。

供电方式：

市电通过220V通过AC/DC电源模块，转换成稳定的5V或12V电压源，供给MCU，继电器等负载使用。

方案特点：

传统的方案1：市电通过工频变压器变化成低压交流电，再进行整流滤波稳压电路进行处理后得到稳定的电压，缺点是体积大、效率低、可靠性低、

传统的方案2：采用最新开关电源，电路设计，将整体电路布在控制器电路板上，缺点：

1、由于开关电源的设计是有非常专业的要求，对电路中的安全距离，热设计及EMC等都要求高，这样使得电路板的设计占据了很大的空间，挤压了控制器其它器件的空间，势必影响了控制器的性能和体积。

2、电源的老化不彻底，电源只有重载老化下，把一些潜在的不良因素暴露出来，由于控制器的负责一般情况下都是很轻的，这样就有可能将不良品流进客户端。

现有方案的特点与优势，AC/DC模块电源是采用特殊工艺实现的稳压模块，有很好的保护功能及高效率，优势：

1、体积比设计控制板体积至少及一半以上

2、由于模块本体采用胶壳设计，安全性更好

3、由于模块设计对于电路设计只有输入和输出4条线，为控制板节省更多的布板空间

4、模块电源的可靠性价比前述几种更高

5、生产综合成本更低。
