棒形电感与工字电感的区别
一、棒形电感的特性:棒型电感用于整流时称滤波扼流圈,有卧式和立式两种。棒形电感器是将普通漆包线或高温漆包线直接绕在棒形磁芯上,线圈体浸胶(清漆),引脚镀锡。
采用大电流设计,以适应大电流电路板,具有体积小、重量轻、结构牢固(耐振、耐冲击)、防潮性好、安装方便、规格多样化可供选择等优点。广泛运用于电源供给器、功率放大器、开关电路的杂讯滤波、整流器和晶闸管控制电路、输出扼流圈。
其实棒形电感的电感量代表的就是一个物理量,它是电感器上产生自感应能力的一个物理量,电感量的大小,主要取决于线圈的圈数、绕制方式、有无磁芯及磁芯的材料等等。通常,线圈圈数越多,绕制的线圈越密集,电感量就越大。有磁芯的线圈比无磁芯的线圈电感量大;磁芯导磁率越大的线圈,电感量也越大。
二、棒状电感和工字电感有什么异同?
相同之处:在电流负载启动或关闭时会造成瞬间电流,而加上R棒可以缓解电流变化,保护负载的作用。当作为滤波器使用时,希望宽带宽特性,因此,并不需要电感的高Q特性。低的DCR可以保证最小的电压降。DCR定义为组件在没有交流信号下的直流电阻。
不同之处:工形的电感可以做到mH,但棒形电感只能做到几十μH。
