一、产品介绍:
光电耦合器又统称光耦继电器英文称MOS Relay又称PHOTO MOS RELAY 或PHOTO RELAY,归类为半导体固态继电器其中的一种,结合半导体与光电 科技发展而成的光电类零件。光耦继电器属于没有可动触点的半导体继电器,因此在寿命和可靠性、动作速度、尺寸等方面优于传统的电磁继电器。但它们也有别于其他利用光电耦合器、光电晶体管等的开关解决方案。光耦继电器具有MOSFET用于输出,因此它们是最适合小模拟信号开关的器件,同时输入与输出间的隔离电压可达数千伏特以上。
二、动作工作原理
应LED加电流(电压),使LED芯片发光,PVG芯片受光后产生电压及电流,利用此电压及电流控制开关(MOSFET)。
三、光耦继电器的优势
1、体积面积小型化(PIN距2.54mm)、重量轻、便于安装和使用更节省空间。
2、无机械触点解决接触磨损等寿命问题,可靠性高、寿命长。
3、低输入电流/低电压驱动(驱动电压0.9-1.5V/电流5-50MA)。
4、优良的开关特性:(高速、低噪音)。
5、支持热机切换。
6、防EMI,RFI干扰低失真、低噪声、高隔离、高绝缘电压:输入与输出间的隔离电压可达数千伏特以上,更加保证电路的安全和稳定。
四、光耦继电器的应用市场
1.医疗设备-Medical Equipment:如心电图仪、脑电图仪、X光设备及CT扫描仪,可以准确传输低频讯号。
2.汽车电池管理系统-BMS SOLUTION与电网储能应用-Power Storage System:如电池充电与放电应用、监控应用、绝缘检测和切断功能、平衡电路应用。
3.仪器仪表-Instrumentation:用于测量扫描功能,自动零点补偿以消除零点误差和各种条件下的高速测量序列接口,主要应用于半导体产品测试设备上采用。
