马克思发生器(Marx Generator)是一种电气装置,用于产生高压脉冲电压。它由多个电容器组成,这些电容器依次连接在一系列开关之后。首先,每个电容器被并联充电至较低的电压。然后,这些电容器被开关依次串联,使得电压叠加,并且在输出端产生高压脉冲。


马克思发生器常被用于产生高压电脉冲,例如用于科学实验、雷击模拟、电磁脉冲测试以及医学和工业应用中的其他用途。由于其能够产生极高的电压,通常需要特殊的安全措施来防止电击和其他危险。


马克思发生器工作原理

如图1所示。图中C为级电容,它们由充电电阻R并联起来,通过整流回路T-D-r充电到V。此时,因保护电阻r一般比R约大10倍,它不仅保护了整流设备,而且还能保证各级电容充电比较均匀。在第1级中g0为点火球隙,由点火脉冲起动;其他各级中g为中间球隙,它们调整在g0起动后逐个动作。这些球隙在回路中起控制开关的作用,当它们都动作后,所有级电容C就通过各级的波头电阻Rf串联起来,并向负荷电容C0充电。此时,串联后的总电容为C/n,总电压为nV。n为发生器回路的级数。由于C0较小,很快就充满电,随后它将与级电容C一起通过各级的波尾电阻Rt放电。这样,在负荷电容C0上就形成一很高电压的短暂脉冲波形的冲击电压。在此短暂的期间内,因充电电阻R远大于Rf和Rt,因而它们起着各级之间隔离电阻的作用。冲击电压发生器利用多级电容器并联充电、串联放电来产生所需的电压,其波形可由改变Rf和Rt的阻值进行调整,幅值由充电电压V来调节,极性可通过倒换硅堆D两极来改变。



马克思发生器有什么用?马克思发生器到底安全不安全

图中C1为主电容,又称冲击电容,它相当于各级串联后的总电容,即;C2为负荷电容,即C2=C0,它包括调波电容、试品电容、测量设备(分压器)电容及联线等寄生电容;G代表控制放电的球隙;Rf和Rt分别为波头电阻和波尾电阻,它们相当于各级rf和rt的总和,即Rf=nrf,Rt=nrt;U1为充电电压,它相当于各级串联后的总电压,即U1=nV;U2为输出电压,即所需的冲击电压。此等值电路相当于单级冲击电压发生器的电路。根据电路分析,输出电压U2(t)为一双指数函数τ1》》τ。


半峰值时间T2≈0.69Rt(C1+C2)


效率冲击电压发生器输出电压幅值V2m与充电电压пV之比称作发生器的效率η,即η=(V2m/nV)×100%


对雷电冲击波,η一般约80%;对操作冲击波,η有时仅60%。


冲击电压波形参数T1(Tcr)、T2及发生器效率η与回路结构和参数有关,均需通过实际调试进行调整和确定。


对于电力变压器等带有绕组的电力设备,通常还要求做雷电冲击截波试验。冲击电压发生器外接一截断间隙即可产生冲击截波。标准雷电截波是标准雷电冲击波经过2~5μs截断的波形。


冲击电压发生器是高电压试验室的基本试验设备之一。目前中国已建的冲击电压发生器额定电压为6MV,有个别国家高达10MV。
