充电头网在拆解大疆推出的100W氮化镓桌面充电器时,发现其内置的两颗LLC开关管均来自亚成微电子,型号RMD65R380SN,NMOS,耐压650V,导阻380mΩ,采用PDFN5*6封装,两颗半桥连接,100%通过UIS测试。该器件具有极低的导通电阻,特别适用于需要高功率密度和高效率的应用场景。
