随着互联网、人工智能、智能电动汽车的发展,车载显示屏承载着越来越多的功能,集资讯与娱乐于一体,外观上日益兼具高级感与科技感。这进一步推动了传统小尺寸面板向大尺寸面板、多联屏甚至曲面屏的快速发展。多变的应用环境以及复杂的外观对车载显示屏材料提出了更高的要求。
一、光学贴合
显示屏表面添加一层折射率接近玻璃的有机硅层,可减少被屏幕反射的环境光量,从而提高显示屏的对比度。显示屏不仅能提高光学清晰度,还拥有更高的抗冲击性,因此更不容易损坏。此外,添加有机硅层能去除玻璃盖板与显示屏间的空气间隙,既可以防止灰尘和湿气进入,还能防止显示屏因冷凝而起雾。

二、应用挑战
汽车与其他应用场景相比,有着较长的使用周期,需要满足更加严苛的环境测试。在停放和行驶过程中,汽车会遇到低至-40℃的极端严寒或骄阳曝晒下高达70℃的高温天气。行进过程中还要承受各种振动、瞬时冲击、UV光照、湿气、热气等来自外界环境的力、光、热等不利因素袭击。
市面上比较普遍的丙烯酸体系的光学胶,虽然有良好的性能和加工性, 但是对于车载显示、户外显示这种多变且严峻的应用环境来说,丙烯酸体系的产品时常会发生脱层、黄变等问题,这时丙烯酸体系的产品就显得捉襟见肘。有机硅因其独特的分子结构以及优异的耐老化性能可以很好地弥补一些丙烯酸体系产品的缺陷。

2、Elastosil N9111是一款单组份醇型有机硅密封胶,可配合LUMISIL®超低粘度系列产品作为边框密封胶使用。Elastosil N9111能够良好地粘接多种基材,有效防止面胶的泄漏,且拥有UL94 V-0阻燃等级、不会腐蚀基材表面以及优异的触变性等优点。
