微容推出片式多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)--射频GQC/SQC/SPC系列,使用了在高频中介质损耗极低的陶瓷材料,并使用镍或者铜金属作为内部电极材料,具有高Q值和低ESR的特点,对于现代电子技术的发展起着不可或缺的重要作用。 


微容科技射频MLCC产品全系列覆盖(008004~0805尺寸,0.1pF~100pF容量),能根据客户要求提供铜、镍两种电极材料的电容;可提供±0.05pF、±0.1pF、±1%,±2%等高容值精度规格;可提供最高500V大功率射频MLCC,适用移动通信基站与射频大功率发射。 


射频电容一般被用于以下场景:

1射频电路中,用于频率匹配,优化谐振电路达到最佳的效果;

2.用于基带信号传输中的直流阻隔离和消除信号偏置;

3.用于数字芯片布局和供电网络中的去耦和决定负载电感产生的谐振频率等问题。 


射频电容的Q值是指其品质因数,高Q值意味着电容性能优异。这类电容的特点是等效串联电阻较低,材料特性稳定,对温度和电压变化的敏感度都很低。这些特性使得射频电容能够承受较大的脉冲应力,适用于高频应用场景,在高速数据传输和通信中发挥重要作用。此外,射频电容的容值通常较小,一般在皮法(pF)级别。而普通电容的容值范围则更广,可对应不同的使用需求。

那微容的三个GQC/SQC/SPC系列该怎么区分和应用呢?

首先,让我们谈谈电介质材料,GQC采用镍金属作为内部电极材料,而SQC和SPC采用铜金属作为内部电极材料;铜的加入,使得SQC/SPC这两款产品的ESR大幅降低,为电路运用带来了更高的效率。


其次,让我们谈谈电压,GQC适用于额定电压低于或者等于50V以下的场景,SQC适用于额定电压低于或者等于100V以下的场景(当然也适用于低于或者等于50V)以下的场景,而SPC则是个“高压”能手,专门用于额定电压高于100V(例如250V和500V)的场合;这样灵活的电压分配,让他们在不同的电路中发挥不同的作用。


接下来,让我们看看产品尺寸,GQC和SQC多集中在01005、0201和0402尺寸,而SPC多运用于0603和0805尺寸。
