目标明确定位高端国产车规MLCC领头羊 


值得重点关注,微容科技近期将携多款新品亮相,其中包括全球行业领先的极限规格1206、1210等大尺寸车规MLCC:如高压系列,电压可达630V-1000V,可适用于车载三电系统中,如400V/800V平台多合一电源、电渠电控高压电气系统等(典型规格如:A103J1206C0G631N1PA223J1210C0G102N3Z),而2000V以上更高电压的产品也已经在开发当中,可满足不同车企客户对于大小三电产品多样化的高压谐振需求。 


此外,微容科技的极限高温高容车规系列MLCC,容量可220μF,温度上限可达125度,(典型规格如:A107M1210X7T4R0N3ZA227M1210X7T2R5N3Z)可适用于有高算力要求的高阶ADAS系统、如智能驾驶域控制器、车身域控制器等。2018年,微容科技率先成立车规级MLCC研究院,成功完成了车规级MLCC的全系列开发,成为中国大陆地区首家可以全系列提供满足AEC-Q200车规等级的MLCC制造企业。
