TVS二极管一般用于防止端口瞬时电压冲击对后电路造成损坏。防止端口瞬时电压冲击对后电路造成损坏。单向TVS一般用于直流电路,双向TVS用于交流电路。TVS产品的额定瞬态功率应大于电路中可能出现的最大瞬态浪涌功率。理论上,TVS功率越大越好,能承受的冲击能量和次数越多,但功率越高,TVS包装越大,价格越高。因此,TVS的功率可以满足要求。那么全业电子今天讲解tvs瞬态抑制二极管的工作原理。
TVS瞬态抑制二极管的工作原理
当TVS二极管的两极受到反向瞬态高能冲击时,它可以将两极之间的高阻抗变为低阻抗,以10负12方秒的速度吸收数千瓦的浪涌功率,使两极之间的电压位于预定值,有效保护电子线路中的精密元器件,免受各种浪涌脉冲的损坏。可以看以下图中看出。
TVS二极管与常见的稳压二极管的工作原理相似,如果高于标志上的击穿电压,TVS二极管就会导通,与稳压二极管相比,TVS二极管有更高的电流导通能力。
当TVS二极管的两极受到反向瞬态高能冲击时,以10-12S量级速度将两极之间的高阻抗变为低阻抗,吸收数千瓦的浪涌功率。使两极之间的电压位于安全值,有效保护电子线路中的部件免受浪涌的破坏。元件TVS主要用于电路元件的快速过电压保护。它可以“吸收”高达数千瓦的浪涌信号。
