1. 引言
电子烟是一种模拟传统香烟工作的电子设备,由雾化器、盛放烟油的烟管、电池、控制电路等几部分组成。电子烟通过雾化器将烟管中的烟油雾化,模拟吸烟时产生的烟雾,通过香精模拟吸烟口感,同时满足烟民对尼古丁的摄入需求,因此在一定程度上可作为传统香烟的替代品。根据模拟原理,电子烟目前主要分为两种:第一种是加热液体产生气溶胶,由吸食者吸入口腔从而达到吸烟的目的,其中的液体称为烟油,通常由尼古丁、丙二醇、甘油和调味剂制成,烟油还有多种类型,甚至不含尼古丁,这类电子烟被称为蒸汽式电子烟。第二种是采用加热烟草的形式产生可供吸食的烟雾,其本质是一种烟草产品,通过温度控制使得烟草能够产生烟雾而不达到燃烧的状态,被称为加热不燃烧式电子烟。
随着电子烟市场快速发展和产品可靠性提升的需求,相关的检测规范也应运而生,其中包含静电标准IEC61000-4-2和浪涌冲击标准IEC61000-4-5。应能微(APM)拥有先进测试设备与专业测试整改团队,可根据IEC61000-4-2和IEC61000-4-5的测试标准,为开发商及生产商提供相关测试整改建议,提供大功率浪涌保护TVS、低钳位电压低容ESD 保护、小封装MOSFET,过压过流保护IC及线性充电芯片、电子烟小烟恒功率加热驱动专用芯片等元件,提供针对电子烟的ESD&EOS及浪涌防护整体解决方案。
2.电子烟小烟整体解决方案
如图1所示,电子烟小烟主要由气流监测咪头、加热雾化头、锂电池、LED 显示灯、控制电路等组成。吸烟时控制芯片可监测到气流流动,控制加热雾化头温度使发出烟雾,没有气流流过咪头时控制芯片进入到待机状态。对于电子烟设计及制造企业来说,加热和雾化技术、隔热材料与热设计、快速充电技术以及外观设计等是核心竞争力。
通用电子烟的工作流程为:当有气流(吸气或呼气)穿过咪头,咪头即产生模拟信号。咪头的模拟信号到达一定程度引起中断,唤醒MCU,随即驱动PMOS,加热发热丝喷放烟雾,并且点亮LED。当MCU监测到模拟信号减弱或者消失,停止驱动PMOS 和 LED,然后监测电池电压,如无到达最低值则睡眠,到达最低值则闪烁LED 进行电池低电压提醒。

不同使用者对烟雾量的敏感度不同,固定的输出功率并不合适每个人,使用者可自行设置烟雾喷发量。加热控制方式分为恒压控制和恒功率控制,电子烟小烟常用小封装超低Vgsth开启电压MOSFET 型号如下:
3.结论
ESD 静电或 EOS 浪涌电压可能导致产品出现功能故障,甚至导致对系统的不可逆破坏。为使产品更加安全可靠,应能微(APM)提供全方位的ESD 静电及EOS 浪涌防护产品。

APO2003F过压和过流保护IC
