【元件】 宇阳推出0201薄型MLCC产品,高频、高容量、高可靠,满足便携式电子设备稳定性和抗干扰要求
随着AI、大数据、5G、物联网、汽车电子、可穿戴等新兴技术的快速发展,下游行业应用场景在广度和深度上的快速提升带来了大量数据的存储和处理需求,存储芯片的重要性与日俱增。UFS(Universal Flash Storage)通用闪存存储器,相比传统的eMMC存储在性能上有显著的提升,包括更高的存储容量和更快的数据传输速度,被广泛应用于智能手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑和其他移动设备中。
在芯片周围,为提高信号传输的完整性和可靠性,需放置电容起去耦及储能作用。采用埋容工艺,不仅节省PCB板的空间,还减少了电路的电磁干扰和噪声,提高电路的稳定性和抗干扰能力,但同时也对电容的厚度有着高要求。
为满足该需求,宇阳开发出MLCC薄型产品,产品规格为C0201X5R105M6R3NCZ(0201/X5R/1μF/±20%/6.3V),该产品具有主要具有如下特点:
1、小尺寸薄厚度,inch 0201 Tmax 0.22mm,厚度比常规产品薄37%
2、满足薄厚度要求下,电性能参数(容值、损耗、绝缘阻值)与常规产品水平相当
3、满足薄厚度要求下,一般特性(温度特性、直流偏压特性)与常规产品水平相当
UFS技术发展迅速,UFS 3.1等新版本提供了更高的数据传输速度和更大的存储容量。这些进步使得UFS能够为各种应用提供更快、更可靠的存储解决方案。与此同时,为了适应智能手机等移动设备越变越薄的发展趋势,芯片封装设计需要相应变薄,对里面的元件厚度也要求越来越薄。
相比传统技术将元器件全部焊接至PCB板表面,元器件埋入基板技术能够缩小元件间互连距离,提高信号传输速度,减少信号串扰、噪声和电磁干扰,节省基板外层空间,同时也将不断提高对电容的薄厚度要求,以此满足高性能、小型化、薄型化的便携式电子设备要求。
