详解CA型钽电解电容器
钽电解电容器与铝电解电容器相比较,具有体积小、漏电流小、损耗低、温度特性好、稳定性好、寿命长等优点,但价格较高。钽电解电容器自身电感较小,多用于频率较高的交流电路中。
钽电解电容器分为固体钽电解电容器和液体钽电解电容器两种,部分固体钽电解电容器的外形如图3—13所示。
固体钽电解电容器的结构如图3—14所示。它的正极是钽粉烧结块,绝缘介质为TaOs,负极为MnO2固体电解质。将电容器的芯子焊上引出线后装入外壳内,然后用橡胶塞封装,便组成了固体钽电解电容器。有的电容器芯子不用外壳封装而直接采用环氧树脂包封的形式。
液体钽电解电容器的制造工艺比固体钽电解电容器要简单,电容器的芯子由钽金属粉压制成块,然后烧结成基体,再进行阳极氧化,在其表面生成一层TaO介质膜,再把电容器芯子装入含有硫酸水溶液的银外壳中,用氟橡胶密封成形,如图3—15所示。
常见的固体钽电解电容器有CA40型、CA41型、CA42(H)型、CA43F型、GCA型、GAMM型、CA70型、CA76型等型号。其中,CA43F型为超小型,体积小巧;CA70型为无极性型,CA76型为双极性型钽电解电容器,适用于极性变换的直流或脉动电路中。
常见的液体钽电解电容器有CA30型、CA35型、GCA35型、大容量型CA32型(150V,6800pF)及高压型CA33型(150~500V)等型号。

如何保存铝电解电容器的性能?
若在无负荷状态下长期放置铝电解电容器,有漏电流増加的倾向。漏电流增加的原因是,阳极箔的氧化膜与电解液进行反应后,导致耐电压下降,不过施加电压后,通过电解液的修复作用恢复到原先的水平。
