奥特光耦选型及应用介绍
作为70年代的新型产品,光耦在元器件市场纵横半世纪,经久不衰,目前它已成为种类最多、用途最广的光电器件之一。
光耦的内部结构
光电耦合器(Optocoupler)亦称光电隔离器,简称光耦。由于光耦以光为媒介传输电信号,它对输入、输出电信号有良好的隔离作用,因此它在各种电路中得到广泛的应用。光耦合器一般由三部分组成:光的发射、光的接收及信号放大。输入的电信号驱动发光二极管(LED),使之发出一定波长的光,被光探测器接收而产生光电流,再经过进一步放大后输出。这就完成了电—光—电的转换,从而起到输入、输出、隔离的作用。由于光耦合器输入输出间互相隔离,电信号传输具有单向性等特点,因而具有良好的电绝缘能力和抗干扰能力。

电源供应器/充电器/适配器
光耦在于电源系统中提供隔离及回授讯号传递功能。量产型号包含了AT817/ 357/ 217/816/ 356/ 814/ 354/ 214/ 101X/PC817/PC357等型号。针对快充需求的应用,建议客户可以选择101X系列产品。
智能电表
提供电表中开关电源反馈讯号以及IC间隔离讯号通信功能。常用的型号,包含了AT817/816。
白色家电
主要使用三极管作为电源及低速讯号传递,主要使用可控硅光耦作为电磁阀及加热器等控制,常用型号,包含了AT817/ 357/ 217/ 816/ 356/ 101X等型号。同时应用上,使用者亦可以搭配可控硅系列AT30XX// ATM30XX等型号。
照明
主要使用可控硅光耦作为调光电路使用,常用型号包含了AT30XX/ TDM30XX等。
工业控制
主要使用三极管光耦或是高速光耦作为隔离讯号传递功能,常用型号。慢速光耦的部分,可以选择 AT217/ 214;而高速光耦的部分,客户则是可以选择:6N136/ 6N137/ 6N139/ ATM501/ ATM601。
光伏逆变
主要使用闸驱动器光耦、光继电器、作为直交流转换逆变功能。常用光耦型号:AT3120/ AT3150/ AT314/AT341。光继电器的部分,则是可以选择AT17X/AT21X等型号。
无刷电机
主要使用高速光耦的快速变相,以及闸驱动器或继电器的功力驱动功能组合,常用型号:高速光耦类 6N137/ATM601 搭配闸驱动器 AT3120/ AT3150或者光继电器ATM21X等型号。
电池管理系统
主要使用三极管光耦,于电源系统中提供隔离及回授讯号传递功能或是高速光耦作为隔离讯号传递功能,光继电器等,常用型号:三极管类AT817/ 357/ 217/ 816/ 356/ 814/ 354/ 214/ 101X,高速光耦类6N136/ 6N137/ 6N139/ ATM501/ ATM601X,光继电器类AT21XL/ AT17X等型号。
