Material storage
Paste or install positioning labels for newly stocked materials, and enter relevant information of the materials in the system, such as name, specifications, quantity, and storage time.
When the materials pass through the storage port, the positioning base station automatically reads the information of the positioning tag, and the system records the storage location and time of the materials.
Material inventory management
The system monitors the real-time changes in the location of materials, and when the materials are moved, the positioning base station updates the location information of the materials in a timely manner.
Management personnel can query real-time location, inventory quantity, historical movement trajectory, and other information of materials through computer or mobile application software.
When conducting material inventory, management personnel only need to issue inventory instructions in the application software, and the system will automatically compare the positioning data and inventory data to generate an inventory report.
Material outbound
When there are materials that need to be released from the warehouse, the management personnel issue release instructions in the application software, and the system automatically searches for the location of the corresponding materials.
The staff found the materials according to the system prompts. When passing through the outbound port, the positioning base station reads the information on the positioning tag, and the system records the outbound time and destination of the materials.
