Multi-resource, Highly Flexible: WAYON‘s High-frequency 8051 Core WY8S9003 Series MCU Launched
Recently, WAYON officially announced the launch of its new generation high-frequency 8051 core WY8S9003 series general-purpose microcontrollers. This MCU integrates dual operational amplifiers and comparators along with rich communication interfaces, making it highly suitable for BLDC motor control applications. It is also appropriate for wireless charging, BMS, security, consumer electronics, and other application fields.
The new WY8S9003 series uses the 8051 core as a high-speed data processing engine, with a wide operating voltage range of 2.2V~5.5V (at 25℃), meeting industrial grade requirements with an operating temperature of -40℃~105℃ and high noise immunity. It supports 16KB Flash, 1KB XRAM, and a configurable LDROM boot area from 0~4KB. Its core processing speed can reach 48MHz, making it a high-frequency 8-bit general-purpose MCU.
The WY8S9003 series offers multiple packaging forms, including SSOP24, TSSOP20, QFN24, and QFN20, to flexibly meet the needs of various application scenarios.

Motor Control Solution Block Diagram
This solution uses WAYON's latest WY8S9003 series MCU, focusing on the BLDC field, with overall optimization for BLDC performance, suitable for motor drives in all BLDC fields.
Flexible Design
This electronic control drive board supports both sensorless and sensored BLDC motors. The MCU comes with an integrated comparator, eliminating the need for an external comparator, and also features an operational amplifier to detect bus current, adding more functionality without increasing the size.

输入电压宽至45V的先积集成LDO芯片LTP3559A助力BMS供电设计,输出电流350mA
BMS有MCU,信号调理芯片,通信芯片等。为了信号调理电路有干净的电源,通常第一级用DCDC将高电压降到稍低电压,再用LDO稳压到5V或者3.3V,这里就要求LDO具有低噪声,高电源抑制比的特性。LTP3559A,其耐压45V,2.5μA功耗,60dB PSRR就能满足这些要求。1%的输出精度也能为比较电路提供稳定参考。
