SOCAY浪涌抑制电阻NTC在PD快充充电器的保护应用
NTC是由锰、铜、硅、钴、铁、镍、锌等金属氧化物进行充分混合、成型、烧结等工艺制成的半导体陶瓷器件;用于抑制充电器接入电源的浪涌电流。NTC是串联在电路上使用,常温下,NTC 的零功率阻值较大,在电路接通瞬间,可以有效的抑制开机浪涌电流;并且在完成抑制浪涌电流作用以后,利用电流的持续作用,将NTC热敏电阻器的电阻值下降非常小的程度,不会影响电路的正常工作。
