概要

伴随蓝牙、芯片、传感器等技术的成熟,终端产品设计逐渐趋向小型化、轻薄化,对应用在其内部的电感器件性能与尺寸的要求也进一步提升。绕线片式功率电感采用精密绕线与磁屏蔽涂覆工艺,与常规的绕线电感相比,由开磁路设计优化为半磁屏蔽,减少漏磁,降低对周边器件的影响,减少TWS耳机底噪问题;同时优化磁芯材料,有效提高产品通流能力,与开磁路绕线电感相比,饱和电流提升幅度>30%,损耗降低近30%。该系列绕线功率电感产品尺寸从1.0*0.5mm 到1.6*0.8mm,且拥有较宽的感量范围,0.33μH ~22μH。可广泛应用于TWS耳机、智能手表、Pad等消费类电子及便携式医疗设备领域。


背景和开发目的

传统绕线电感为开磁路结构设计,产品尺寸、损耗较大,而新一代的穿戴类产品设计对产品尺寸与性能都有更高的要求。基于以上背景,顺络电子依托片式电感小型化的成熟工艺平台,开发半磁屏蔽型功率电感,采用低损耗材料,高精度的涂覆工艺,减小尺寸的同时实现产品性能的提升,满足应用端需求。

创新技术

磁性胶水引入,半磁屏蔽结构设计

传统绕线电感表面涂覆UV胶水,为开磁路结构,只起到保护铜线,便于客户贴片吸取作用。而绕线片式电感MWPH系列采用磁性胶水半包覆封装,在固定线圈的同时进一步减少漏磁,减少了TWS耳机底噪问题 。


高精度点胶控制技术

初始点胶工艺由于采用气压点胶,且胶水流动性差,导致胶水在模腔中聚集在一起,产生缺胶。经过优化磁性胶水配方,并在点胶机构上增加控制装配设计,胶水容易散开,实现精确点胶。

在同尺寸条件下,绕线片式功率电感MWPH系列具备更优的通流能力,饱和电流比叠层工艺高350%;同感值条件下,绕线片式功率电感MWPH系列尺寸进一步减小,保证小尺寸的前提下,饱和电流仍比叠层工艺高60%。
