爱星物联——如何给App配置相关帮助文档
前言
我弄了个OEM App,它里面的帮助中心文档,我想重新配置,该去哪里操作了?
步骤
1. 登录爱星物联开发平台
2. 进入“帮助中心”
在系统中找到并点击“营销”,然后导航到“帮助中心”部分。
3. 创建文档
1.点击“创建文档”。
2.选择应用App:可选择多款App使用当前文档。
3.系统支持继承公版文档,您可以选择这一选项,这将为您的文档提供默认的内容框架和数据。
4.选择兜底语言:当用户手机系统语言,不包含在App支持的语种时,将会展示兜底语种。
4. 管理文档
点击“管理文档”,进入管理文档详情页面。
1)设置一级目录
·添加一级目录
在目录管理界面,您应该能看到当前设置的一级目录列表。
点击“添加一级目录”,上传目录图标、输入多语言标题、设置目录排序;点击确定,即刻添加成功。
·更改一级目录
选中一个一级目录,点击“编辑”图标进行修改。
输入新的目录名称或进行其他必要的更改。
·删除一级目录
如果当前一级目录下已有子类目,则不能删除。
2)设置二级目录
·添加/编辑二级目录
添加/编辑二级目录与一级目录类似。
·删除二级目录
如当前二级目录下,已有关了词条,则不可删除。
3)文章管理
选择二级目录后,右侧会展示当前目录下的所有文章,可对已有文章进行编辑,或者添加新的文章。
·添加文章
默认在当前二级目录下添加对应的文章,添加后,默认为禁用状态。
可对每个语种进行设置,对应的标题和内容;App端会根据语言展示对应的文章内容。
·设置
-更改当前文章的目录:更改目录后,则会在新的目录下展示该文章,
-排序:更改文章在当前目录下的排序,
-是否启用:启用后才可在App端查看。
-是否为常见问题:是常见问题,则会在App端常见问题分类里面展示。
5. 查看
设置完后,可在对应的App应用同步查看最新的文档。如有其他的App应用需要同步查看该文档,可文档设置里面勾选其他App。
