Linear power supply chip, as a commonly used chip product with regulated voltage, is mainly used to stabilize the input voltage to a constant output voltage and provide stable power supply for sensitive components in electronic equipment. The voltage stabilizing function is realized by an internal linear amplifier and a reference voltage source. The maximum input voltage it can bear is 6V, the dissipation power is only 150mW, the static current is 0.008mA, the output current is 300mA, and the output voltage can be 100mV, with steps (1.2V to 5.0V). This product has a very small voltage drop current. The product consists of a current limiting circuit, a driving transistor, a precise reference voltage and an error correction circuit.


HKT6206 chip adopts SOT-23 package, and the product has miniaturization design and small size, which is suitable for high-density circuit boards and space-limited applications. Surface mount packaging technology, its pins are directly soldered on the surface of the circuit board without connection through holes. Good thermal performance: The design of SOT-23 package considers thermal scattering and thermal conductivity to provide good thermal performance and good reliability, and can operate in a wide range of environmental conditions. It can be used in consumer electronic products, communication equipment, computer hardware, automotive electronics and other fields.
