日前,中国领先的模拟芯片厂商——希荻微电子集团股份有限公司(以下简称“希荻微”)宣布推出一款具有1:2反向升压模式的新型双相30W电荷泵充电芯片——HL7132D。相较于传统的充电解决方案,HL7132D具有更快的充电速度和更高的效率,能够有效优化手机充电体验。该芯片还内置了多种保护机制,确保手机充电安全可靠。
Part.1 产品简述
HL7132D是一款低压快充芯片,适用于单节锂离子电池和锂聚合物电池。该芯片集成了一个双相开关电容转换器和反向阻断MOSFET(QRB FET),同时当外接电容每相1x22µF, FSW =1.1MHz时,VOUT=4.5V@5A的效率是97.11%。双相架构降低了对输入电容的要求(可节省空间和成本),并降低了输入电压纹波。
HL7132D具有两种不同的开关模式,分别是2:1电荷泵模式和1:2反向电荷泵模式。在2:1电荷泵模式下,输出电压(VOUT)变为输入电压(VIN)的一半,输出电流(IOUT)变为输入电流(IIN)的2倍。该模式可有效降低输入电源在充电线上的损耗,并控制了手机充电应用中的温升。而在1:2反向电荷泵模式下,输入电压(VIN)变为输出电压(VOUT)的2倍,1:2电荷泵操作允许在系统配置时通过无线或有线方式与另一器件共享电源。
HL7132D通过控制QBR FET提供恒流(CC)和恒压(CV)调节,以便在2:1电荷泵模式下安全充电。CC调节通过输入电流检测或电池电流检测的闭环进行密切监控,CV调节通过电池电压检测的闭环进行控制。为了进一步提高安全性,HL7132D还配备了一个热调节环路,以防CC/CV调节导致器件过热,如果CC/CV环路在2:1电荷泵模式下运行期间导致过热,该环路将启动保护。
HL7132D具有全面的保护功能,不仅可以确保设备安全运行,还可以确保系统正常运行。此外,HL7132D还可以通过10位ADC和中断信号提供所有必要的信息,以便系统以更安全的方式为电池充电。HL7132D采用WLCSP封装,是智能手机、平板电脑和物联网设备的理想选择。
