After in-depth study and discussion, we decided to use PCM-B252 embedded industrial motherboard as the core control unit of the instrument. This embedded industrial motherboard has a compact size of 110mm*82mm, which is easy to install. Its on-board memory ensures the stable operation and fast response of the device. Meanwhile, the PCM-B252 embedded motherboard has passed the anti-vibration test and has extremely low power consumption, which is suitable for long-time continuous work.
The whole power of this petroleum analysis instrument is 1800W, the temperature control range is 0-70 degrees Celsius, and the thermostatic accuracy is ±0.1 degrees Celsius, which meets the needs of a wide range of petroleum compounds and high analysis accuracy requirements. In addition, PCM-B252 embedded industrial motherboard has good expandability and flexibility to meet the needs of different petroleum analysis instruments and application scenarios, which provides strong support for the development of petroleum analysis field.
