semi flexible cable is a type of cable that combines flexibility and durability, widely used in situations that require frequent bending and high-performance transmission. As a type of semi flexible cable in the JSF141 series, due to its excellent electrical, mechanical, and unique physical properties, it is increasingly widely used in electronic devices such as communication, electronic countermeasures, military navigation, radar, and aviation, and has become the preferred choice in many fields.

The structure of JSF141 manual formable semi flexible coaxial cable includes an inner conductor, insulation layer, braided shielding layer, and outer sheath; The inner conductor is made of silver plated copper or silver plated copper-clad steel conductor, the insulation layer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, the outer conductor is made of tin impregnated copper wire braided with a diameter of 3.52mm, and the outer sheath is made of appropriate materials according to specific needs. The company's standard product with sheath adopts FEP material with a diameter of 4.10mm.

JSF141 cable has excellent electrical performance, including low attenuation, low standing wave ratio, and excellent shielding effect. These performance parameters enable JSF141 cable to maintain stable signal transmission in high-frequency and broadband applications.

This cable has the characteristics of light weight, easy processing, formability, good flexibility, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance.
