Application of CW32F003F4P7 Series Products on Level Switches
Material level switches are mainly used for measuring the high, low, or intermediate material levels of containers and storage tanks. They are fixedly installed on the top, side, and bottom of the silo through threads or flanges, including anti rotation material level switches, tuning fork material level switches, capacitive material level switches, radio frequency admittance material level switches, etc.
The intelligent tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. The fork body is excited by crystals to generate vibration. When the end of the fork body is immersed in liquid, the vibration frequency changes. This change is detected by electronic circuits and output a switching value, thereby achieving upper and lower level alarm and control.

The tuning fork level switch is called an "electrical float", which is used in situations where a float level switch is used or cannot be used due to scaling, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, and other reasons. As the tuning fork level switch has no moving parts, it does not require maintenance and adjustment, and is an upgraded product of the float level switch.
This intelligent tuning fork material level switch uses CW32F003F4P7 from Wuhan Core Source Semiconductor as the main control chip. As the main control unit of the material level switch, CW32F003F4P7 drives the vibration components to generate a certain oscillation frequency. When there is a change in liquid level, it causes a change in oscillation frequency. CW32F003F4P7 detects this change, outputs a switch signal to the equipment main control unit, and then senses the liquid level situation. CW32F003F4P7 also controls the input and output of external signals, prompting operators to timely understand the liquid level situation and make accurate judgments.
Its program features:
▼ Crystal excitation generates vibration, and when the end of the fork is immersed in liquid, the vibration frequency changes;
▼ Reliable electronic circuit detects frequency changes and outputs a switching value to achieve upper and lower level alarm and control;
