CW32 is a Low-power 32-bit Microcontroller, Using Arm Cortex-m0+core, Very Suitable for Intelligent Temperature Controllers with Low Power Consumption Requirements
With the development of society, temperature measurement and control have become increasingly important. Timely and accurate acquisition of temperature information and appropriate control is an important step in many situations. The temperature control methods used vary depending on the requirements of different scenarios. At present, the climax of learning and applying microcontrollers has emerged on a large scale in the whole society. Microcontrollers have advantages such as small size, strong processing ability, low cost, fast operation speed, low power consumption, and wide application range. Applied in temperature measurement and control, the control is simple and convenient, with a wide measurement range and high accuracy.
A temperature controller refers to a series of automatic control components that undergo physical deformation inside a switch based on temperature changes in the working environment, resulting in certain special effects and conducting or disconnecting actions. It is also known as a temperature control switch, temperature protector, or temperature controller, abbreviated as a temperature controller. Alternatively, the temperature can be transmitted to the temperature controller through a temperature protector, which sends a switch command to control the operation of the equipment to achieve ideal temperature and energy-saving effects.
The application range of temperature controllers is very wide, and according to different types of temperature controllers, they are used in many products such as household appliances, motors, refrigeration or heating.
The CW32 designed by Wuhan Xinyuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. using ARM Cortex-M0+core is a low-power 32-bit microcontroller, currently used in temperature controllers such as air conditioning, floor heating, water heating, and electric heating.
The following is the schematic diagram of a temperature controller based on the CW32 series MCU, which uses WiFi connection or 485 communication link to achieve control functions.
