UU Winding Common Mode Choke Commonly Used in Switching Power Supply: Xiangru Electronic XRUU9.8-10mH-V, Vertical Plug-in Design, Low Loss
Product Summary
Switching power supply is indispensable to any industry, and common mode choke is a common component in power supply, which is mainly used to suppress EMI noise in AC power supply, especially to eliminate low-frequency common-mode interference. Faced with many and complex application scenarios of switching power supply, the size and performance of internal electronic devices have more stringent requirements. Inductor manufacturer Xiangru Electronics has developed the corresponding small-size model XRUU9.8-10mH-V UU common mode choke, which has low loss, vertical plug-in design, and a maximum withstand voltage is 1.5KV. While controlling the cost, it can still maintain excellent performance indicators. The inductor can be used with an EMI filter composed of an X capacitor and a Y capacitor to suppress EMI interference. The application scenarios are very wide, besides switching power supply, it can also be used in common-mode filtering, driving transformers, current transformers and other fields.
UU common mode choke is composed of two U-shaped Mn-Zn cores assembled together to form a magnetic conductive medium. There is an iron clip matching UU9.8 at the top, a T375J(94-V0) skeleton at the bottom and a UU9.8 R12K magnetic core in the middle. The wire is wound with 2UEW/QA-1 copper wire with temperature-resistant grade B, and the lead-free tin bar with Sn/Cu:99.3/0.7 is used to lead out. The insulation impedance is enhanced with 8562/C insulating paint with temperature-resistant grade F F. Thanks to its structural design, XRUU9.8-10mH-V inductor has the following product advantages:
1. Compared with magnetic ring common mode choke, UU common mode choke is mainly used to filter low-frequency common-mode interference, which has certain EMI suppression effect, and can provide effective common-mode noise suppression in a wider frequency range while ensuring the transmission quality of normal signals.
2. The UU common mode choke magnetic core is made of U-shaped Mn-Zn material, with high permeability and low saturated magnetic flux density.
3. UU-type common mode choke is small in size, convenient and simple to wind, and can be standardized in batch production with automatic equipment, with relatively low manufacturing cost.
4. Compared with common mode choke of magnetic ring, the response frequency of UU common mode choke is slightly higher and the compensation db value is larger under the same inductance.
