【应用】厚度仅0.25mm的导热双面胶带THERMATTACH T411助力电控板,解决CPU与散热器间粘接固定问题
当前在服务的一个项目中,其电控板上面有一颗芯片发热比较严重,尺寸30mm x 10mm,需要选用一款胶带用于填充芯片与散热器的间隙,以起到良好导热及粘接固定的作用,无绝缘性要求。散热器的材质为铝合金,芯片封装材质为环氧树脂,这就要求所选胶带对于这两种材质具备良好的润湿性、良好的粘接能力;除此之外,还要满足在长期双85、冷热冲击、高低温等老化测试后,导热性能及粘接性能无明显衰减。
针对以上问题,综合成本及性能方面的考量,可推荐使用PARKER CHOMERICS旗下的THERMATTACH T411这款导热双面胶带;其产品结构为有机硅压敏胶+铝网+有机硅压敏胶,应用于电控板芯片与散热器之间。

4、其符合ROHS环保认证及UL94 V-0阻燃要求,长期使用质量有保障、安全性好。
