The Blind Mate Antenna Solution enables aircraft design engineers to convert most Avionic and Electronic Warfare Antennas into "blind mate" antennas—a more serviceable plug-in, quick-release connector product. They eliminate the need to remove panels or maneuver into compact spaces preventing damage to coaxial cables and saving space. This solution also counters the damaging impact of in-flight shock and vibrations on fragile connectors by transferring all mechanical loads to the airframe itself.

Times Microwave Systems Non-Magnetic RF Interconnect Solutions

Non-magnetic coaxial cables and connectors are primarily used in applications that must transmit RF signals within a magnetic field, such MRI diagnostic imaging systems, and quantum computers. For example, quantum computers use non-magnetic components in key areas of the signal path to eliminate potential interference with applied magnetic fields. MRI systems require non-magnetic RF interconnects to send and receive pulsed RF signals； the presence of any magnetic material in these components may interfere with the magnetic field and reduce the accuracy of images.
