LLC谐振变换器详解(四)| 谐振电路基础


由于LLC谐振变换器可以实现电气隔离,高效率,高功率密度,低EMI等功能,因此在汽车与工业得到广泛应用。因其多模态工作,设计计算复杂,通常采用其等效电路分析。由于LLC的等效电路与RLC的基本电路图非常像,其主要区别是两者输入源不同,以及LLC多了一个Lm电感,但其谐振原理是一样的。为了便于分析与理解,不妨从RLC的基本原理开始分析。
电感的阻交通直特性
在RLC回路中,可以把RLC看作一个阻抗,通常用Zin表示。Zin=XL+XC+R,XL表示感抗,XC表示容抗,R表示纯电阻阻值。电感的感抗公式是XL=2πfL,从公式中可以看到,感抗XL除了与电感量相关,与频率也息息相关。当电感接入直流电路时,由于直流电流的大小和方向是恒定不变的,电感线圈中的磁通量不发生变化。根据法拉第电磁感应定律,没有感应电动势产生,此时电感对直流电流没有阻碍作用,相当于一根导线,直流电能顺利通过。当电感接入交流电时,交流电流的大小和方向随时间周期性变化,这会使电感线圈中的磁通量也不断变化,从而产生感应电动势。根据楞次定律,感应电动势会阻碍电流的变化,这种阻碍作用就表现为电感对交流电的阻碍,这种阻碍作用被称为感抗(XL),其大小与交流电的频率(f)和电感量(L)成正比 。频率越高,电感量越大,感抗就越大,对交流电的阻碍作用也就越强
电容的隔直通交特性
与电感刚好相反,电容的基本特性是隔直通交。当直流电压加在电容两端时,充电过程在极短时间内完成。当电容充电完成后,电路中就不再有电流流动,因为直流电压不能使电容的极板间持续有电荷的移动,所以电容对于直流电来说相当于断路,起到了隔离直流的作用。
在交流电路中,随着交流电压大小和方向的周期性变化,电容会不断地进行充电和放电过程。由于交流电压方向不断改变,使得电路中始终有电流,好像交流电能够顺利通过电容一样。电容对交流电的阻碍作用称为容抗(XC=1/2πfC),容抗的大小与交流电的频率(f)和电容值(C)有关 。频率越高,电容越大,容抗就越小,交流电就越容易通过。这就是电容的通交特点。
感抗与容抗复数形式
在谐振电路中复数是非常常见的,实部称为电阻,虚部称为电抗(容抗和感抗的合称)。XL与容抗XC的复数公式如下:
在交流回路中总阻抗即电阻与电抗的总和,可表示为:Zin=R+jX
当X=0时,即XL的大小与XC的大小相等,因为感抗与容抗的相位相差180°——呈反相关系,所以电路的电抗X=0。此时电路中的阻抗Zin最小,并且呈纯阻性,即:Zin=R,电流和电压同相位。
当X>0,即XL大于XC,则电路等效于电阻和电感串联,电流与电压有相位差。根据电感的特性, U=L*di/dt,di是电感上面变化的电流,dt是变化的时间。如果输入是一个纯正弦输入的电压,那么电流与电压有一个90°的相位差,如图2所示,电流在过0的时候是整个正弦中变化斜率最大的,而电流在最顶峰时变化斜率为0。根据U=L*di/dt,电流在峰值的时候,di/dt刚好等于0。U=L*di/dt。那么U是0V。而电流在过0的时候,斜率最大,U=L*最大的斜率,所以电压就刚好对应了峰值电压。所以对于电感而言,电流是滞后电压90°的。
如果换成电容,电容电压不能突变,而电流能突变。所以电容与电感刚好相反,如图3所示,电流是超前电压90°。
如果回路中多加了一个电阻,电压与电流的相位无法确定,此时就需要引入虚数来计算。可以用j代表相位,-j代表滞后90度,j就代表超前90度。如果黑盒子中的阻抗为j*100Ω,Vin/j100=-jVin/100,可以在同一个坐标系中画出来电压与电流的波形,电流滞后电压90°。如图3所示,在直角坐标系中,1Ω与j1Ω相差90°,1Ω是纯阻,而j1是超前90°,所以j100是在Y轴的正半轴。
