The MM32SPIN0230 is a highly competitive and cost-effective single motor control MCU launched by MindMotion. Equipped with a Cortex-M0 core, 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, and integrated with essential motion control components such as a 12-bit high-precision ADC, 2 analog comparators (COMP), and 2 operational amplifiers (OPAMP), it also includes dedicated resources like MC-TIM, a hardware divider (HW-Div), and a DMA controller.
Building on the MM32SPIN0230, MindMotion has developed the MM32SPIN012C, MM32SPIN080G, and MM32SPIN060G, all of which continue to deliver exceptional motor control and power management performance.
MM32SPIN080G
The MM32SPIN080G, in its 4mm x 4mm package, integrates a DC/DC converter, LDO, high-voltage pre-drive, MCU, operational amplifier, and comparator. It can support motor systems as low as 5V and as high as 96V.
The high level of integration and cost-effectiveness make this chip especially suitable for BLDC motor applications where PCB area and project costs are critical.
MM32SPIN060G
In the MM32SPIN060G, MindMotion has innovatively incorporated a four-wire programming module that allows the chip's communication interface to support the typical 12V PWM conditions of motors, while also supporting programming and debugging functions. This feature can facilitate the system integration of customers, simplify the production process and the peripheral devices of the project.

In response to the growing trend of highly integrated motor driver chips, MindMotion’s latest MM32SPIN080G has been specially designed to integrate an HV-Buck control circuit, with pre-driver voltage tolerance up to 200V. It’s perfect for applications in the 36V to 100V voltage range, though it can also be used in systems below 36V.
