【经验】采用PD200MYN16整流模块保护车载音响MIC诊断口的设计方案
KYOCERA型号为 PD200MYN16的整流模块正向整流电流达200A,重复反向电压可承受1600V且相应的漏电流只有10mA,存储温度和运作温度符合-40°C~+125°C的车载电子要求,最重要的是,它每颗二极管的正向电压降为1.5V,非常适合用来设计车载音响系统MCU芯片的MIC诊断端口保护方案。该方案也可用于汽车电子汽车检测,轨道交通,端口保护电路。
在笔者做的一款车载音响系统项目案例中(此项目的客户为上汽通用),使用了PD200MYN16来设计MCU芯片的MIC诊断端口保护方案,以下为笔者的案例分享。

图2为此项目的MIC端口诊断电路,其中D203就是Kyocera PD200MYN16整流模块。此诊断电路的工作原理是:MIC_10V由外部进入车载音响系统的14V再经LDO电源转换而来,并输往DSP芯片,MICPWR_DIAG是MIC_10V在R215/R216 上的分压然后输往MCU,它的作用是监控MIC_10V的电压波动。

那为何Kyocera PD200MYN16整流模块可以保护MCU的端口呢?
图2可以看的很清楚,如果没有D203,一旦MIC_10V上过来很高的电压,那经R215/R216分压MICPWR_DIAG超过5V后,接受电压范围为0~5V的MCU的相应端口就会被这个超过5V的电压打坏。
而D203的位置放置PD200MYN16整流模块后,如果MIC_10V超过33.12V,由分压公式可得33.12*R216/(R215+216)=33.12*11/75.9=4.8V,因此D203的PIN3就会超过4.8V,而D203这颗Kyocera PD200MYN16正向压降为1.5V,从而PD200MYN16 的上管就会正向导通,高压下多余的电流会流经R215和D203上半部进入V850_3.3VMEM,从而把MICPWR_DIAG钳位在4.8V,保护MCU的MIC诊断端口不受高压冲击损坏。
