HiGrease600N is a high-performance thermal grease based on silicone resin. The formula of insulating fillers ensures that the material has excellent electrical insulation and protects electronic devices from the risk of electrical breakdown. The product has a high thermal conductivity of 6W/m·K that is suitable for applications requiring high thermal conductivity and high electrical insulation.
Product characteristic
Balance between high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance
It ensures that the product has low thermal resistance under the optimal interface thickness.
