Thermal gels:

Thermal conductivity can be selected from 2.0~12.0 W/m·K, and different types of gels can be provided, such as single-component, two-component, easy peeling, and high flow rate.


Thermal potting adhesive:

Thermal conductivity can be selected from 1.0~4.0 W/m·K. they have extremely low hardening shrinkage, and can be cured at room temperature or heated.


Thermal grease:

Thermal conductivity can be selected from 1.0~5.0 W/m·K, they have excellent thixotropy, suitable for screen printing.


Thermal conductive absorbing materials:

Thermal conductivity can be selected from 2.0~6.0 W/m·K, and they have low volatility, broadband, and high absorption rate.


Absorbing materials:

They have high magnetic loss, electrical insulation, high strength, and easy operation, whose silicone carrier has excellent weather resistance.


Thermal insulators:

Glass fiber as base material, they have reliable electrical insulation and ow thermal resistance, whose thermal conductivity are up to 5.0 W/m·K.


EMI shielding adhesive:

Product series with different hardness and different powder types. It has good thixotropy.


Phase change materials:

Thermal conductivity can be selected from 3.5~7.5 W/m·K,and as a kind of non-silicon product without silicon pollution, they have extremely low thermal resistance.
