By the growing global demand for renewable energy, the photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly. Photovoltaic inverters, as one of the core components of solar photovoltaic power generation systems, play a key role in the conversion of solar energy and electrical energy. The main heat dissipation components of photovoltaic inverters are IGBTs and inductors. Especially the IGBT, the core component of inverters, generates a large amount of heat during operation that will heat the power device die, increasing the junction temperature.

According to statistics, every time the temperature of electronic components increases by 2℃, its reliability drops by 10%. When the temperature rises to 50℃, its lifespan is only 1/6 of that at 25℃.
