MHB系列电容器是Nippon Chemi-Con 公司推出的一款纵型贴片、超低ESR小型铝电解电容器,在125℃的标准下,其标准寿命为1500~3000小时。具有高耐湿性,在85℃85%RH的标准下,寿命达1,000 小时,符合ROHS2、AEC-Q200标准,最适合用于汽车电装品的高温用途。
MHB系列电容器额定电压为10V~100V,其工作温度范围是-40℃~125℃,静电容量范围47~3300μF。在20℃、120Hz的标准下,MHB系列电容器电容量容差为±20% (M)。损失角正切值tanδ≤0.24,超过1,000μF的每增加1,000μF则tanδ设定增加0.02。
