【应用】8路高速CMOS总线收发器74HC245M/TR用于液晶背光屏信号缓冲驱动,传播延迟低至7ns
大屏显示时代已经来临,无论下到日常使用的手机、中到家里看的电视、上到高楼大厦上的广告显示屏;都在朝着大屏幕的趋势发展,在提高视觉冲击的同时也提高了我们生活的质量水平;
在显示屏行业中除了常见的LED显示屏、OLED显示屏还有就是液晶显示屏;众所周知液晶显示屏原理区别于传统的LED显示屏,后者可以自发光,传统液晶显示屏需要背光才能正常显示;
目前液晶显示的背光方案出现了Local dimming技术,即液晶显示器背光区域调节技术。是指液晶显示系统将图像信号分成若干区域,并根据各区域图像亮度进行分析计算,然后自动控制各区域背光源的亮暗;图1所示,为Local dimming技术下的背光驱动板原理框图;主控平台根据用户控制产生显示信号给到缓冲,在分配到行和列的显示驱动上,进而驱动LED点阵屏的目的。

在背光板上和LED模组上担任一二级缓冲放大的是一种兼容TTL器件引脚的高速CMOS总线收发器74HC245;由于主控的数据/地址/控制总线端口都有一定的负载能力,但其仍无法直接驱动LED阵列,可以通过增加74HC245用于LED阵列的驱动的过渡。该收发器用于数据总线之间的异步双向通信。控制功能的实现将外部时间要求降到最低,74HC245设备允许数据从A总线传输到B总线或从B总线传输到A总线,这取决于方向控制(DIR)输入的逻辑电平。输出使能(OE)输入可以禁用设备,以便总线有效隔离。
