海克赛德电磁屏蔽玻璃能屏蔽辐射干扰且透光,是观察显示口的最佳屏蔽材料
电磁屏蔽玻璃既能屏蔽辐射干扰,又能透光,是观察显示口的最佳屏蔽材料。目前广泛应用于雷达显示器、加固计算机显示屏、电台、频谱仪、精密仪器仪表灯数字和图像显示窗口、电子方舱以及屏蔽室观察窗口的屏蔽。海克赛德电磁屏蔽玻璃包括镀膜屏蔽玻璃、夹丝网电磁屏蔽玻璃、电加热电磁屏蔽玻璃及其他特种玻璃。

镀膜屏蔽玻璃
镀膜屏蔽玻璃是采用特殊工艺在钢化玻璃或普通玻璃表面上形成致密氧化铟锡ITO导电膜,具有透光率高、无光学畸变、环境适应性强等优点。
有机玻璃使用贴ITO膜方式可实现电磁屏蔽。

夹丝网电磁屏蔽玻璃
将经过导电防腐处理的低阻抗高密度金属丝网通过特殊工艺夹入两层普通玻璃或有机玻璃、钢化玻璃之间,具有结构坚固、透光性好、显示失真小、电磁屏蔽性能高等优点,可以灵活方便地满足特殊场合下的光学和屏蔽要求。

电加热电磁屏蔽玻璃
电加热电磁屏蔽玻璃可以很好的满足需要加温屏蔽的特殊场合,如低温启动环境、玻璃除霜除雾等。
表现形式:(1)电加热镀膜屏蔽玻璃,两层玻璃结构,一层为镀膜屏蔽层,一层为电加热层;
(2)电加热丝网屏蔽玻璃,三层玻璃结构,两层为夹丝网屏蔽层,一层为电加热层;
屏蔽性能:参考对应的镀膜和夹丝网玻璃的屏蔽性能
技术参数:可视区域、输入电压、加热功耗、出线方式等

触摸屏电磁屏蔽邦定(Bording)技术
触摸屏作为一种最新的电脑输入设备,以其易于使用、坚固耐用、反应速度快,节省空间等优点,广泛应用于公用信息查询、办公、工业控制、军事指挥、多媒体等多个领域。针对于触摸屏与普通显示器的结构和表现形式都不相同,传统的电磁屏蔽玻璃不太适用于触摸屏。最新的电磁屏蔽玻璃邦定(Bording)技术可以有效的解决触摸屏的电磁屏蔽问题。
电阻屏:在电阻屏背后邦定(Bording)镀膜屏蔽玻璃或丝网屏蔽玻璃,最薄为1.2mm,技术参数与电磁屏蔽玻璃相同。
电容屏:在电容屏背后邦定(Bording)镀膜屏蔽玻璃或丝网屏蔽玻璃,最薄为1.2mm,但电容屏要注意四周电极部分不能与屏蔽玻璃导通,技术参数与电磁屏蔽玻璃相同。
